Responsible and safe participation
You are responsible for participating lawfully and safely. The platform does not replace safe driving judgment, official road rules, organizer instructions, or emergency services.
Inherent risks
Off-road driving and motorsport involve inherent risks. By participating in events you acknowledge and accept those risks.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers remain responsible for their own events — including their rules, routes, required permissions, and participant management.
Technical limitations
GPS, location and communications features may be affected by your device, signal, connectivity or environmental conditions, and may be unavailable or inaccurate.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Abuse the platform;
- Interfere with its operation;
- Attempt unauthorized access to it.
Platform content and software remain protected intellectual property. Accounts may be restricted for misuse, and service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
